To lose heat and become cool, as food, water or the weather does, and by extension for a person or a situation to calm down after anger or excitement.
Good to know
Used without an object: chai imepoa, the tea has gone cold. To cool something is kupoza. In slang poa means cool or fine: niko poa, I am fine.
