Meaning

A table tool with a handle and two to four prongs, used to pick up food and bring it to the mouth.

Good to know

N class noun, the same in singular and plural: kisu na uma, a knife and fork. Do not confuse it with kuuma, to hurt or bite, whose stem is also uma, or with umma, the public.
