Meaning
Calm and free of trouble, said of the sea, the weather or the situation in a place, as when security is restored after unrest.
Good to know
It follows kuwa or a noun and does not change: hali ni shwari, all is calm; bahari shwari, a calm sea. Hali si shwari means things are not well.
