Meaning

The color of ripe bananas, egg yolk or the sun; placed after a noun to describe it.

Good to know

It does not change with the noun: kadi ya njano, yellow card; rangi ya njano, yellow color. Manjano is also used for yellow, and is the spice turmeric.
