A wide opening in a wall or fence, with a door, that people and vehicles pass through; in football, the goal that the keeper guards.

Good to know

Ji/ma class noun: plural malango. Lango kuu is the main gate; in sport mlinda lango is a goalkeeper and kulinda lango means to keep goal.
