Meaning

A preposition that places something at, on or in a place or event, or shows where movement goes.

Good to know

It comes before the noun: kwenye meza, on the table; kwenye mkutano, at the meeting. It is more everyday than katika, and nouns with the ending ni (mezani) say much the same.
