To upset the order or calm of something, such as a meeting, a plan, an exam or peace, so that it cannot go on as it should.

Good to know

The thing upset is the object: kuvuruga amani, to disturb the peace; kuvuruga mkutano, to disrupt a meeting. Vurugu are riots or unrest, and the stative kuvurugika means to be thrown into disorder.
