Meaning
Of a liquid or a container, to let water, oil or gas escape through a hole or crack; of secrets, to become known to the public. Kuvuja damu is to bleed.
Good to know
It takes no object: paa linavuja, the roof leaks; siri imevuja, the secret has leaked. Kuvuja jasho, to leak sweat, means to work very hard. The causative kuvujisha is to leak something.
