To believe that someone may be guilty of something, or that something may be true, without proof; also to have doubts.

Good to know

Takes an object or kwamba: polisi wanamshuku, the police suspect him; nashuku kwamba, I suspect that. The passive kushukiwa gives mshukiwa, suspect.
