Meaning
To believe that something is true or to put one’s faith in it, especially religious teaching or what someone says. It is a more formal word than kuamini.
Good to know
Takes its object directly or with kwamba: kusadiki maneno yake, to believe his words. The passive kusadikiwa means to be believed; common in religious and formal writing.
