Meaning
To hand something over to someone or let them have it; the person who receives it is marked inside the verb.
Good to know
The receiver is always marked: ninakupa, I give you; alimpa kitabu, he gave him a book. Kupa ruhusa is to give permission. The command is nipe, give me.
