Meaning
To come to someone or for a purpose, as a thought coming to someone or a visitor coming for them. Kumjia mtu juu, literally to come on top of someone, is to turn on him angrily or criticize him harshly.
Good to know
Applicative of kuja, to come, so the person comes as object: amenijia, he has come to me. In news, amewajia juu means he has lashed out at them.
