Meaning

To do the same as someone else, copying their way of speaking, acting or working; kuiga mfano is to follow someone's example.

Good to know

Takes a direct object: kuiga sauti, to imitate a voice; kumuiga mtu, to imitate a person. Mwigo or mfano wa kuigwa is a model to follow.
