Meaning
To make cloth, mats or baskets by passing threads or strips over and under each other, or to knit with needles. In casual speech it also means to catch someone doing something wrong.

Takes what is made as its object: kufuma mkeka, to weave a mat; kufuma sweta, to knit a sweater. The weaver is mfumaji; nimekufuma means I caught you.
