Meaning
To rise up against a government or an authority, or to refuse to obey those one should obey; kuasi dini is to abandon one's religion.
Good to know
The authority rebelled against takes an object marker: kuiasi serikali, to rebel against the government. Uasi is rebellion and mwasi, plural waasi, a rebel.
