Meaning

The stem that means belonging to you, when you speak to two or more people. It takes the prefix of the noun that is owned and comes after that noun, as in darasa lenu, your class.

Common agreed forms: mwalimu wenu (your teacher), nyumba yenu (your house), darasa lenu (your class), chakula chenu (your food), vitabu vyenu (your books), kazi zenu (your jobs), kwenu (your home), mahali penu (your place), mifukoni mwenu (in your pockets). For one person use the stem ako: yako, wako.
