A plan of how much money will come in and be spent over a period, especially the yearly plan of a government, a company or a family.

Good to know

The plural is the same word. Bajeti ya serikali is the national budget, and kusoma bajeti is to present it in parliament; the Swahili word for estimates is makadirio.
