Links a person to something that is not true of him or her, like English who is not or who does not; asiye na means who has no.

Good to know

The negative relative for one person: mtu asiye na kazi, a person who has no job; mtoto asiyesoma, a child who does not study. The plural is wasiye, and the ending ye can join the verb: asiyejua.
