Meaning

To talk to someone or reach him to speak, or to cause people to talk about something. Kuvugisha ukuri is to tell the truth.

Causative of kuvuga, to speak: the person is the object (kuvugisha umuyobozi, to speak to the official). Kuvugisha benshi, to make many people talk, is said of a song or news that causes a stir.
