Meaning
An adjective stem meaning few or little in amount. It takes the prefix of the noun it describes: abantu bake, few people; amazi make, little water.
Good to know
Forms: abantu bake, ibintu bike, amafaranga make, inka nke, imiti mike. Older texts write -cye: bacye, bicye, macye. Do not confuse it with ke, his or her, after ka nouns: akazi ke.
