Meaning

To take someone around a place so that they can see it, such as tourists in a city or a guest around a farm.

Good to know

Causative of gutembera, to go for a walk. The person comes first and the place second: gutembereza abashyitsi umujyi, to show the visitors around the city. The passive is gutemberezwa, to be shown around.
