Meaning

To create or invent something new, such as jobs, a work of art or an idea: guhanga imirimo, to create jobs.

Good to know

Guhanga udushya means to innovate, and an artist, literally a creator, is umuhanzi, from the same root. In sports writing it is also used loosely for guhangana na, to face.
