Meaning
Keeping a person, an animal or goods apart from others, as in a quarantine, or shutting someone out of a group.
Good to know
Used in gushyira mu kato, to put in quarantine or isolate, and guha akato, to shun. After mu it loses its first vowel: mu kato.
