Meaning

Links a noun of the tu class, the plural of small things (udukoko, udufaranga), to the noun that follows, like English 'of'; before a tu noun it can also point back to things already known, 'those'.

Good to know

It agrees with utu nouns: udukarata twa buri muntu. Before a verb or a place the form is two (udukoresho two gupima); the other classes use wa, ya, rya, ca, rwa, ka, bwa and kwa.
