To act or speak on behalf of a person, a group or a country, for example at a meeting or in a competition.

Good to know

Takes who is represented as object: guserukira igihugu, to represent the country. A representative is umuserukizi; guhagararira is a near synonym, and the usual Kinyarwanda word.
